Chad and his wife Ashlie were married in 1998. They have five children (4 sons and one daughter) ranging from 19-7 in age.
He has been serving the local church since Jesus saved him in 1993. His first staff position was 2003 as an Associate Pastor and Minister of Music at a Baptist church in Kannapolis. He then served West Cabarrus Church in Concord, NC, as an Associate Pastor for ten years. In 2019, he accepted the call to serve as the Senior Pastor of Grace Covenant Church – a non-denominational Bible church in SouthEnd Charlotte.
In addition to serving the local church, 2025 also marks his 22nd year ministering with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (12 years as full-time staff and as an Associate Trainer since 2015).
In 2014, Chad earned his Master’s in Christian Ministry with an emphasis in Biblical Theology at Charlotte Bible College and Seminary. He completed his Master of Arts in Theological Studies at Carolina College of Biblical Studies.
