Chad and his wife Ashlie were married in 1998. They have five children (4 sons and one daughter) ranging from 18-6 in age.
He has been serving the local church since Jesus saved him in 1993. His first staff position was 2003 as an Associate Pastor and Minister of Music at a Baptist church in Kannapolis. He then served the congregation of West Cabarrus Church in Concord, NC, as an Associate pastor for ten years. In 2019, he was installed as the Senior Pastor of Grace Covenant Church – a non-denominational Bible church in SouthEnd Charlotte.
In addition to serving the local church, 2023 also marks his 20th year ministering with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (12 years as staff and as an Associate Trainer since 2015).
In 2014, Chad earned his Master’s in Christian Ministry with an emphasis in Biblical Theology at Charlotte Bible College and Seminary. In 2024, he will complete his Master of Arts in Theology from Carolina College of Biblical Studies while pursuing his M.Div (ca 2026).
Chad and Ashlie are passionate about equipping believers equipped for the work of ministry – making disciple-making disciples for life!
